Hallelujah, until I reach my home.
Home in this context can be the goal of your pursuit: The pursuit of joining the LORD in the flight of rapture, the pursuit of breakthrough, the pursuit of marriage, of fruitfulness in marriage, of academic breakthrough, of career excellence or whatever pursuit imaginable.
The question becomes: are you still eager to achieve or reach these goals? God knows your desires and pursuits in life; God knows the importance of achieving them than you do.
A preacher once said, it took GOD 24 hours each to create light and other natural infrastructure for the earth in the cause of creation; this illustration does not limit the might of our GOD, but to enlighten us with the importance of waiting till the miraculous process is complete. Spiritual maturity helps us to understand the processing time of delivering our demands.
Therefore, I implore you to stay with your prayers till it manifests like the woman and the unjust judge of Luke 18:1-8. She worried him until she received answers.
Remember how Elijah prayed for rain: you have to trust your GOD like the prophet Elijah did; his servant brought back a negative report, yet he stayed with his faith and sent him back seven times to check... And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man's hand.
How about the quest to make heaven at last; how can one abandon that because of the tempests at sea, temporary storms of life on earth... Our everlasting home is our greatest achievements as Christians.
Hence, until I reach my home; I will never surrender. Say that to yourself and know for sure that your miracle is closer than you think, do not abandon the quest for vague reasons or surrendering to unbelief.
